Pakistan has been the ally of Turkey long before it was Ottoman Empire so for Pakistan to recognize the Armenian genocide, it would be standing against its long term friend. Pakistan’s refusal to recognize the Armenian genocide stems from wanting to maintain strong ties with Turkey.
